About this role

Run the daily food service at Salluit: manage grocery inventory and supply, cook and serve meals for 20 to 50 employees, maintain kitchen premises and equipment, and apply WHMIS, MAPAQ and CNESST regulations. Requires Secondary 4 or equivalent, a DEP in cooking or equivalent, 2-3 years of relevant kitchen experience, functional French/English bilingualism (Inuktitut an asset), a current driver's licence and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Rotational: 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off, with airfare from Montréal, room and board if not filled locally.
