Supervisor - Ticket Agents

About this role

Supervise and coordinate Ticket Counter activities to ensure safe, compliant and efficient daily operations: make sure staff follow company policies and security/transportation regulations, train and mentor employees, respond to escalated customer inquiries. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, minimum 2 years in a similar airline role, one year with passenger check-in programs, and bilingualism (English/Inuktitut, French/Inuktitut or French/English). Rotational: 15 days on, 13 days off, with airfare from Montréal, lodging and meal allowance if not filled locally.
