Open talent-pool posting for aspiring Pilatus PC-12 pilots. Chrono prioritizes candidates who have held ground positions with the company but also welcomes external applicants. Typical path to a First Officer seat: ideally one year of ground experience before applying to Ground School, then a simulator evaluation and interview with the Chief Pilot and HR, three weeks of theoretical training in a group of about ten, and up to three months of in-aircraft training. Expect a one- to two-year timeframe before flying as a First Officer on the PC-12. Selection is competitive, fair and skills-based.
